What type of logo or branded entrance mats do you offer?
We offer printed cut pile nylon, polypropylene and printed cut pile nylon blend as well as UV resistant and waterproof printed cut pile nylon logo mats. All are vulcanised onto a 100% nitrile rubber backing and edged.
What are the sizes available for logo entrance mats?
Any size is possible, we can go up to 4m x 1.5m without joins, any size bigger would have a join or joins.
How durable are the branded entrance mats?
The branded entrance mats are made to take large amounts of foot traffic on a daily basis. If there are going to be shopping carts going over the mats, we would advise using Hybrid Scribe or Scribe logo mats.

How long does it take for the mats to be delivered?
The estimated lead time for delivery is plus/minus 10 working days from date of order.
Can I track my order?
Designa Mat makes use of various courier companies and are able to get information on all of the packages that we send. You can give us a call, send a WhatsApp message or send us an email and we will gladly track your order once it has been dispatched.
Are there any additional charges for expedited delivery?
There will be additional charges over and above the standard service rate for overnight delivery to certain centres in South Africa. Couriers unfortunately don't offer overnight delivery to all areas in South Africa.

Can I order branded bar counter mats in bulk?
Yes, our branded bar mats can be ordered in any quantities.
What materials are used in the branded bar counter mats?
Our Wetstop Bar Mats are made from an absorbent polyester which is printed and baked onto a nitrile rubber backing and edging. Our Digi Profiled Mats are made out of moulded nitrile rubber with a high definition PVC print and plastic overlay to protect the print.
Are there any design limitations for the branded bar counter mats?
There are no design limitations as the printed portions are digitally printed in full colour.

How often should I clean my mats?
Mats should be vacuumed or shook out daily and cleaned when there are dirt marks present.
Can the mats be washed with a soapy solution?
Mild clothing detergent and water can be used on the mats, for stubborn dirt a light nylon brush can be used to scrub the areas.
What are the general cleaning instructions for the mats?
For general cleaning of floor mats, begin by shaking or vacuuming to remove loose dirt and debris. Depending on the material, use a mild detergent and water solution to spot clean stains, or machine wash if the mat is suitable for it.

We offer discount to resellers and certain bulk purchases.
FAQ's: How to Place an Order
How do I go about placing an order?
1. Visit our Product Finder page and select your required product.
2. Complete the form at the bottom of the page and send your enquiry.
3. A formal quotation will be sent to you.
4. If you would like to proceed, a pro-forma invoice will be sent to you.
5. Once we have received your payment, your order will go into production.
6. We will notify you as soon as your order has been completed and dispatched.
How will I receive my order?
Door to door delivery of your order will be made.
When will I receive my order?
All of our matting products are made to order, the manufacturing lead time is ±10 working days and delivery is usually 1-3 working days depending on the destination.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, there will need to be someone present at the address during normal working hours.
